I really like the author Judy Blume and this is one of her books. I like it because it has a first-person view and it makes you visualize the characters. Like the main character Winnie Barringer has long hair and can do some things like a boy. The book is about Grove Street getting new people in their neighborhood and so far everybody on Grove Street are White but the new people [ the Garbers ] are Black. And the main theme of the book is accepting people of different kinds.
